ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify, build, and nurture relationships with local, regional, national, and international landlords and tenants.

· Maintain regular contact with Tenant Representatives to identify new leasing opportunities, understand future leasing needs, and monitor emerging trends for potential lease-ups.

· Work closely with Landlords and their Representatives to monitor leasing activities, market trends, and available leasing opportunities.

· Collaborate with external brokers, prospective clients, and stakeholders to execute new leases, lease renewals, site acquisitions, subleases, early lease terminations, and sales.

· Implement real estate marketing plans aligned with client’s strategic goals, assisting with project initiation, scope definition, and milestone management.

· Act as both landlord and seller agent, negotiating favourable business terms and conditions for commercial office spaces.

· Coordinate field broker selection and other required resources, collaborating with subject matter experts and business partners to ensure transaction success.

· Review and interpret financial analysis templates, including cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR, to support clients in making informed decisions.

· Track and manage real estate projects through a comprehensive project tracking system, ensuring timely completion and preparing relevant reports and presentations.
