ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead and manage Community/Hub Managers and their teams across locations.
· Ensure smooth operations of centres, including front office, housekeeping, and pantry services.
· Oversee invoicing, collections, profitability, and financial processes in coordination with finance and sales teams.
· Monitor and improve operational processes, SOPs, and inventory management.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and addressing concerns effectively.
· Drive quality assurance, ensure compliance with standards, and implement service improvements based on feedback.
· Cross-sell products, monitor market trends, and support sales and operational strategy development.
· Manage operational costs, facility upkeep, and vendor coordination for seamless operations.
