ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and nurture a vibrant community across all Clayworks workspaces while managing daily branch operations effectively.
· Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by meeting commitments such as quick response times, high service quality, and outstanding overall experience.
· Foster strong client relationships through regular feedback sessions, promptly addressing concerns, and enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
· Actively promote and cross-sell Clayworks products and services, enriching client experiences and driving additional value.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates and actionable insights to the management team.
· Oversee workspace operations, including front office management, housekeeping, pantry services, and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless functionality.
· Collaborate with finance and sales teams on key tasks such as invoicing, collections, occupancy reporting, and vendor payment management while ensuring administrative accuracy.
· Implement and uphold operational guidelines (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
· Plan and execute client engagement events, including collaborating with external organizers to host engaging activities and events at Clayworks locations
