ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness of office spaces and common areas.
· Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to meet high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
· Oversee the facilities team and coordinate all facility activities, ensuring smooth operations.
· Collaborate with multiple vendors to address snags and ensure timely completion of maintenance checks for all centres.
· Work closely with Operations and Projects teams for final maintenance and management before client handovers and ensure ongoing upkeep.
· Manage the housekeeping department budget, maintain inventory, and ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available.
· Coordinate with various housekeeping agencies and manage manpower resources efficiently.
· Oversee maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) installations and all civil maintenance within the facility.
· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and arrange for repairs as needed.
